Metro connectivity for Godrej residents and Godrej Regent Park residents on Sarjapur Road is being served by the Sarjapur–Hebbal Metro Line (Phase 3A). It will directly serve this stretch once ready. Until then, residents rely on strong bus links and road connections.

Construction has not started yet, unlike earlier reports suggested. BMRCL now targets construction to start by May 2027. Full completion is expected sometime in the early 2030s. So residents should treat this as a strong future upside, not a current benefit.
Godrej Regent Park is located on Sarjapur Road, and the metro service is provided by the Sarjapur–Hebbal Metro Line, which's part of Phase 3A. Buses on this part of the road usually run from 5:30 AM morning to 10:30 PM. During these times, buses come every 10 to 15 minutes. The prices are low, between ₹15 and ₹50 for each trip. Apps like Namma BMTC and Moovit help people track the bus times in time.
Sarjapur Road is currently being widened to six lanes. This should help with traffic when the work is done. The Outer Ring Road is 14 km away. Driving there takes 35 minutes in traffic.
People can reach Silk Board Junction by using Sarjapur Road and ORR. From there, the Electronic City Elevated Expressway offers a way to the south. The Peripheral Ring Road, which is still being planned, should help with traffic in the future.
New metro lines usually increase property values over time. Sarjapur Road has already seen a rise in prices of about 50-60% recently. The value of properties in this area grows by 10-15% every year. Early buyers near stations often get the most value.
Godrej Regent Park's location, 1-2 km from the planned station, follows this trend. People who buy now get the benefit before the metro changes travel patterns completely.
Residents of Godrej Regent Park do not have access to the metro right now. The Sarjapur-Hebbal line is still in the building phase as of 2026. Good bus networks and roads are helping people today. When the metro is ready, likely in the 2030s, this place will have a major improvement in transportation.
