Godrej Regent Park Construction Status

Godrej Regent Park is launched and under construction. Karnataka RERA granted registration on 15 July 2026 under number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/150726/008810, and the project launched officially on the same date. On-site work follows in the weeks after launch, across a five-year build cycle (2026–2031). Completion is scheduled for 31 July 2031 and possession is targeted for 5 August 2031.
